Introduction

Paradise Valley Vineyards is located in a small valley in the foothills west of Morgan Hill nestled between Llagas Creek and El Toro Mountain.  The micro climate is ideal for the growth of premium varietals associated with the Bordeaux Valley of France with its warm days and cool nights.  Grape quality is our foremost goal for this very limited production with significant thinning performed throughout the growing season and only the ripest clusters picked at harvest.
